We offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to have a legitimate manufacturing defect within this period, we will replace it free of charge.
Warranty Coverage Includes
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship
- Faulty components that affect normal function
- Malfunctioning parts not caused by misuse
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage resulting from accident, abuse, or misuse
- Exposure to abnormal conditions, including but not limited to:
- Excessive heat or moisture
- Improper handling or storage
- Unauthorised modification or repair
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Lost or stolen items
- Exposure to chemicals which can damage the materials used.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos or videos of the defect. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement promptly.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Replacement of a product or part under this warranty does not extend or restart the warranty period.
