Order processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next working day.
UK orders
UK shipping is free on all orders. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are shipped the same day for next working day delivery.
International orders
International orders are shipped the next working day. The shipping cost depends on your destination and is calculated at checkout after you enter your address. You will see the full cost before you pay.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times start from the dispatch date and are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery may take longer during busy periods, such as sales events and holidays, or because of customs delays or severe weather.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with tracking details. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Customs, duties and taxes
Duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there are no extra charges on delivery.
Shipping address
Please check your address carefully before you complete your order. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Lost, delayed or damaged orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@chillbeam.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to put it right.
