Refund policy

We offer a 45-day return policy, giving you 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@chillbeam.com. If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees
Please note that there is a £15 fee for returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
