When will my order Ship?
Orders placed Monday to Friday will ship the following day.
Orders placed on weekends will ship on the following Monday.
What's the next day shipping cutoff?
We currently only ship next day to UK mainland addresses. To get next day delivery, please place your order before midday.
How do I track my order?

How long are processing times?
All orders are processed within 24hrs unless placed on weekends.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please check the region selector to see the full list of countries we ship to.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
No, all international orders duties are prepaid.
Is my order tracked?
Yes, all orders are shipped with full tracking available.
What is your returns policy?
We offer 'no questions asked returns on all orders for up to 45 days. Our returns policy can be seen here.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds take up to 10 days to reach your account after processing. You'll receive an email when it is complete.
