What's covered
Our lifetime limited warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a product has a genuine manufacturing defect within this period, we'll replace it free of charge.
Covered
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship
- Faulty components that affect normal function
- Malfunctioning parts not caused by misuse
Not covered
- Damage from accident, abuse or misuse
- Excessive heat or moisture
- Improper handling or storage
- Unauthorised modification or repair
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Exposure to chemicals that damage the materials
- Lost or stolen items
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Replacing a product or part under this warranty does not extend or restart the warranty period.
