ChillBeam Creator Program Terms and Conditions

After joining via the application page, these terms will apply once we’ve agreed on your content plan and you’ve signed the final creator agreement:

1. What You Get
   We’ll send you one (1) Glowmad light, free of charge. In return, you’ll create and share some original content that features the product.

2. What You’ll Make
   You agree to produce the content we outline together based on your strengths and audience. If you need a specific timeline, just let us know – we’re flexible.

3. Content Review
   Core content needs to be sent to us before posting for quick review. We’ll reply within 5 business days with any light tweaks. Extra content like stories can be posted anytime – just tag @chillbeamofficial.

4. How We Use Your Content
   By joining, you give permission for ChillBeam to use your content across our socials, website, ads, and promotions without limitations. We might make light edits or reuse parts of your content in other endeavours if needed. We’ll always tag you in organic posts unless otherwise requested by you, but tags aren’t guaranteed in ads or on our website.

5. Transparency
   Please follow relevant ad guidelines for your jurisdiction and tag your content as gifted using #gifted or #chillbeamcreator.

6. If Things Change
   If content isn’t delivered and we don’t hear from you, we may request the product be returned or reimbursed at retail value. Just keep us in the loop if anything comes up.

7. Agreement
   By submitting your application, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to these terms.
