ChillBeam Ltd (“we”, “us”) makes the ChillBeam Vision+ app (“the app”). This policy explains how the app handles your information.
What we collect
We don’t collect, store or share any personal information through the app. The app has no accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools.
How the app uses your device
The app asks for the following permissions only to control your light:
- Bluetooth: to find and connect to your ChillBeam light and send it commands such as brightness, colour and mode.
- Camera and microphone (if you choose to use these features): to pick up colours or sound so the light can respond to them. This is processed on your device in real time. It is not recorded, saved or sent anywhere.
You can turn any of these permissions off at any time in your phone’s Settings. The light’s basic controls need Bluetooth to work.
Data stored on your device
Settings and presets you create are stored only on your phone. We can’t see them, and they are deleted if you delete the app.
Third parties
We don’t share information with third parties because we don’t collect any. The app doesn’t contain third-party advertising or analytics.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and doesn’t knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app works in a way that affects your privacy, we’ll update this page and the date above.
