1. What this is
The ChillBeam Refund Draw (the "Promotion") is a free prize draw run by ChillBeam Ltd. Each week, a number of orders are selected at random and refunded in full.
The Promotion runs as two separate regional draws:

UK Draw: weekly
US Draw: weekly

Entries are pooled by region. UK entries compete only against other UK entries; US entries compete only against other US entries.

2. Who can enter
UK Draw: Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over.
US Draw: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, aged 18 or over, excluding residents of Rhode Island.
Excluded from both draws: Employees, officers, directors and contractors of ChillBeam Ltd and their immediate families and households. Residents of Quebec, Canada. Anyone in a jurisdiction where this Promotion is prohibited or restricted by law.
By entering, you confirm you meet the eligibility requirements above.

3. Entry period and draw date
Each weekly entry period runs from 00:00 Monday to 23:59 Sunday (local time of the relevant region — GMT/BST for the UK Draw, ET for the US Draw).
The draw is held the following Monday, with winners announced the same day.

4. How to enter
Two equal methods of entry. Both have the same chance of winning per entry.
4.1 Entry by purchase
Any order placed on chillbeam.com during an entry period, shipping to an eligible address (UK or US as applicable), is automatically entered into that region's next draw. Each qualifying order constitutes one (1) entry. A person who places multiple qualifying orders during a single entry period will have multiple entries, one for each order.
4.2 Free entry by post
Send a handwritten postcard or card-sized piece of paper with:

Your full name
Your full postal address
Your email address
Your date of birth
The words "ChillBeam Refund Draw — [Entry period dates]"

(US entrants: send by international mail to the address above. ChillBeam is responsible for routing all free entries to the correct regional draw based on the address you supply on the postcard.)
Deadlines: Postcards must be received by 23:59 Sunday of the relevant entry week.
Limits:

Up to three (3) free entries per person per entry period, each on a separate postcard in a separate envelope, sent separately.
Bulk-submitted, mechanically reproduced, printed or photocopied postcards are void.
Standard postage rates apply; postage is not reimbursed.

Free entries are pooled with paid entries for the relevant regional draw and have exactly the same chance per entry of being selected as paid entries.

5. Prizes
5.1 UK Draw
Three (3) UK winners selected per draw.

Paid-entry winners receive a full refund of the specific qualifying order whose order number was drawn, to the original payment method (including product price, shipping and any applicable taxes).
Free-entry winners receive a ChillBeam gift card to the value of £75, redeemable at chillbeam.com, valid for 12 months from issue.

Approximate retail value (ARV) of each UK prize: up to £150 GBP.
5.2 US Draw
Three (3) US winners selected per draw.

Paid-entry winners receive a full refund of the specific qualifying order whose order number was drawn, to the original payment method (including product price, shipping and any applicable taxes), capped at a maximum of $150 USD per winner.
Free-entry winners receive a ChillBeam gift card to the value of $100 USD, redeemable at chillbeam.com, valid for 12 months from issue.

Approximate retail value (ARV) of each US prize: up to $150 USD.
5.3 General
No cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If a winning order is cancelled, returned or refunded for any other reason before the draw, that entry becomes ineligible and another winner will be selected. A winner cannot be refunded twice for the same order.

6. Odds of winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the relevant entry period and will vary draw to draw.

7. Winner selection
At the close of each entry period, all eligible entries (paid and free combined) for each regional draw are compiled into a single list. Winners are selected using a verifiable random number generator. ChillBeam keeps records of each draw — including the entry pool, RNG seed, and selection output — for a minimum of six (6) months.

8. Winner notification
Winners are contacted by email within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw, using the email address linked to the qualifying order (or the email address on the free-entry postcard).
Winners must respond to claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification. If a winner does not respond, is unreachable, or is found to be ineligible, ChillBeam reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
For US winners, where required by state law, winners may be asked to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release before the prize is awarded. Failure to return signed documents within the required timeframe may result in disqualification.

9. Publicity
ChillBeam may publish the first name and first part of the postal code / ZIP code of each winner (e.g. "Sam, BS1" / "Jordan, 902xx") on chillbeam.com and our social media channels. Where required by US state law (notably New York and Tennessee), a winners list may be made available on written request to info@chillbeam.com.
By entering, you consent to this limited use of your information. If you'd prefer not to be named in publicity, please indicate when you respond to the winner notification, and we'll honour the request to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Taxes
Each winner is solely responsible for any taxes that may apply to their prize under the laws of their jurisdiction. ChillBeam does not provide tax advice.
For US winners: refunds of amounts paid are generally not treated as taxable income, but ChillBeam makes no representation on this point. If a US winner receives a gift-card prize valued at $600 USD or more in a calendar year, ChillBeam may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC.

11. Data and privacy
Personal data submitted as part of an entry is used only to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners, and fulfil prizes. It is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (UK GDPR for UK entrants; relevant US state privacy laws for US entrants).
Free-entry postcards are securely destroyed within 30 days of each draw. Entry records are retained for six months for audit purposes, then deleted.

12. General terms

Orders cancelled, returned, or refunded before the draw are not eligible.
ChillBeam reserves the right to disqualify any entry that appears fraudulent, automated, abusive, or made in bad faith (including multiple accounts, bot orders, or coordinated mass entries).
ChillBeam reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner before awarding a prize.
ChillBeam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or close the Promotion at any time in accordance with applicable law. Any changes will be communicated on chillbeam.com.
In the event of a technical issue, printing error, computer virus, fraud, force majeure, or any other circumstance beyond ChillBeam's reasonable control that affects the fair administration of the Promotion, ChillBeam reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion.
ChillBeam's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final, subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, by entering the Promotion, entrants release ChillBeam Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from any liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by ChillBeam's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these rules limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including, for UK entrants, the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
For UK entrants: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
For US entrants: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Promotion will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Wilmington, Delaware. Entrants waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents entrants from bringing a claim in small-claims court where eligible.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, or any other platform.
